Reux is the owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the domain of this Website, as well as of all contents that appear in the same, including but not limited to all the elements that make up the visual appearance, graphic image and other sensory stimuli that make up the website -aspect and behavior or look and feel-, trademarks, logos, trade names, texts and comments, images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, programs, flow diagrams, presentation, navigation architecture and source codes (hereinafter, the Contents). No exploitation rights recognized by the intellectual property legislation can be deemed to have been licensed to User, except those that are strictly necessary for the use of the Website.

The User will be able to navigate freely through all the Website and Reux expressly authorizes the use and download of the Contents following certain conditions, which are i) Users must attribute the work to Reux, and ii) Users use them for strictly personal and private purposes.

It is expressly prohibited to reproduce, communicate to the public including making available, and to distribute of all or part of the Contents for commercial purposes, except if is expressly authorized by Reux.

iii. A description of the facts that reveal the illegal or inappropriate nature of the hyperlink;

iv. List of infringed contents;

v. Declaration that the information communicated is true and accurate.

The reception of the aforementioned communication by Reux does not in any way whatsoever imply any real knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the informant.

Reux is not responsible for any kind of damages and losses arising from:

i.The lack of availability, maintenance and effective continuity of the Website and/or its services or Contents;

ii.The transmission of virus, worms or other harmful computer elements. It shall be the User´s responsibility to have the appropriate tools available for detecting and disinfecting harmful or damaging software.

iii.The illicit, negligent or fraudulent use, contrary to good faith, accepted uses or public order.

The hyperlinks or links that could be included in the Website can lead the User to other third party sites, over which Reux has no control. Reux shall not be held liable for the information, services, general content or availability of such third party sites.

In this case, Reux acts as a intermediation service provider, in accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act, and will only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the linked third party sites when has an effective knowledge of the unlawfulness and has not disabled the link with due diligence.

In the event that the User considers that there is a third party site with unlawful or inappropriate content, the User may contact this to Reux, in accordance with the procedure established in clause 5.

In the event that the User wants to insert links from his site to the Website may comply with the conditions given below, and ignorance of such conditions does not constitute a release from the liabilities arising from the Law:

i.The link may only be to the home page of the Website and may not reproduce its contents;

ii.No false, inaccurate or incorrect information about Reux, its partners, employees, clients or quality of its services may be made on the site that insert the link to the Website;

iii.It may not be stated that Reux has given its consent to the use of the link or that it otherwise sponsors, collaborates with, verifies or supervises the services of the site that insert the link;

iv.It may not be used any  Reux´s trademarks or any other distinctive sign, except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorized by Reux;

v.It may not be introduced or linked contents that i) are illegal, harmful or contrary to morals and good customs;  ii) induce or may induce the User to a false idea about Reux; or iii) are inappropriate and inconsistent with the activity os Reux with regard to the contents and thematic of the sites that link to this Website.
